Working as Process Engineer of ADNOC Gas in Das Island with rotation basis of 35 days on / 28 days off.
Played key role in technical support for Operations and Maintenances of Three LNG production Trains (190 T/hr from each of the identical Trains 1/2, and 380 T/hr from Train 3) and natural gas processing Trains (two OAG Trains with production capacity of 100 MMSCFD each and three IGD Trains with production capacity of 465 MMSCFD each) in Das Island, UAE.
Managed process engineering works at site covered Plant performance regular evaluation (including carry out remedial actions evaluate whenever any abnormality), operation trouble shooting, incident investigations (RCA and Integrity & Reliability studies), amendment of Operating Manuals, process improvement (including debottlenecking and optimization), coordination with Process Licensors/Vendors/Contractors, Management of Change (MoC), involved feasibility studies, Project Scope of Work development, Tender Technical Evaluation, HAZID, ENVID, HSEIA, FEED, detailed engineering for brownfield modifications and greenfield projects (Including Scope of Work (SOW), Tender Technical Evaluation, etc.), deliverables review of FEED/detailed engineering (including design basis and philosophies, flow assurance report, process simulation report, PFD, H&MB, P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagram, Alarm and Shutdown Matrix, equipment data sheet, instrumentation data sheet, line list, etc.), HAZOP, TRA, SBRA, technical support for procurement of materials, Major Turn-around, Pre-Start up Safety Review (PSSR) and performance assessment in post modification/replacement.
In addition, involved in supporting Project Management Team (PMT) for some projects as Specialist of Process Engineering and Commissioning Engineer (Process).

Responsibilities:
Managed and supervised process engineer staffs to execute all process engineering works, including Invitation to Tender (ITT) document review, Technical Queries (TQs) preparation, man-hour estimates for proposals, technical inputs and design preparation/review activities (such as Design Basis, Philosophies, Specifications, process design simulation with PIPESIM & HYSYS, process technology selection, equipment sizing, relief valve sizing, flare system design and hydraulic performance analysis), developed process engineering deliverables (such as flow assurance report, PFD, H&MB, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, equipment data sheet, instrumentation data sheet, line list, etc.), coordinated and accountable to basic design and design optimization in overall plant (process, utility and offsite), provided direction and guidance on all technical queries relating to process engineering, participated in all project safety and design reviews/workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHA, Constructability Reviews and provide close out to process related actions, ensure that all works are completed without compromise to quality and delivered according to the project schedule and requirements, liaise with the equivalent client focal point on technical and engineering matters on a regular basis, vendors and outside parties in professional manner, proactively analyze and identify the design/ contractual issues, schedule impacts, design variation with tender documentation and long delivery items.

- FEED Project of ENI Jangkrik FPU Project, Makasar Strait (Offshore), Indonesia

Responsibilities:
Managed and executed process engineering works in process design simulation, process technology selection, design basis, philosophies, specifications, equipment sizing and hydraulic study and development of all process engineering deliverables (such as flow assurance report, PFD, H&MB, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, equipment data sheet, instrumentation data sheet, line list, etc.), coordinated and accountable to basic design and design optimization, prepared Technical Queries (TQs), participated in all project safety and design reviews/workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHA, Constructability Reviews and provide close out to process related actions. Liaise with the equivalent client focal point on technical and engineering matters on a regular basis, vendors and outside parties in professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Developed process design simulation, process technology selection, design basis, philosophies, specifications, equipment sizing, hydraulic study and process engineering deliverables (such as PFD, H&MB, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, equipment data sheet, instrumentation data sheet, line list, etc.), coordinated and accountable to basic design and design optimization in Utilities Area, participated in all project safety and design reviews/workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHA, Constructability Reviews and provide close out to process related actions. Liaise with the equivalent client focal point on technical and engineering matters on a regular basis, vendors and outside parties in professional manner.

Played key role in preparation of commissioning activities for Tangguh LNG Development Project in
Papua, Indonesia owned by BP which is executed in Jakarta. It comprises of two LNG trains capable
of producing 3.8 million tonnes LNG per annum. Cost of the project (EPC) is projected to be
US$ 1.8 billion.
Involved in commissioning preparation activities for utilities facilities which cover System/Sub
system Definitions, Operational Method of Statements, Operation Manual review, Pre
commissioning/Commissioning/Start-up procedures, and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning/Start-up
Plan & Strategy.

Played key role in Detailed Engineering for Tangguh LNG Development Project in Papua, Indonesia
owned by BP which is executed in Jakarta. It comprises of two LNG trains capable of producing 3.8
million tonnes LNG per annum. Cost of the project (EPC) is projected to be US$ 1.8 billion.
Prepared and developed PFD, H&MB, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, equipment data sheet,
instrumentation data sheet, line list, etc. for Utilities Area, coordinated and accountable to basic
design and design optimization in Utilities Area, performed hydraulic study for the main lines size,
consistency checked engineering data of separators, heat exchangers and pumps, participated in
safety and design reviews and contributed in HAZOP study.

Played key role in site process engineering, commissioning and start-up for Esterification Plant Development Project in Trenggalek, Indonesia owned by Perhutani Anugerah Kimia. The Esterification Plant with production capacity of 20 tonnes/day resin/chemical product by processing Resina Colophonium and Turpentine (products of processed pine resin from distillation in solid form and oil).
Involved in project deliverables review during project execution (such as flow assurance report, PFD, H&MB, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, equipment data sheet, instrumentation data sheet, line list, operating manuals, etc.), contributed as member of AMDAL (EIA, Environmental Impact Assessment) Technical Team contributed to study, participated in HAZOP and other safety reviews, prepared safety design simulation and hydraulic analysis with PIPENET, ensured that all works are completed without compromise to quality and delivered according to the project schedule, ensured that the project safety regulations were applied in order to maintain an accident free environment, involved in construction completion check and walkthrough, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, instrument loop checks, functional checks, air blowing, purging, inserting, Hydro tests of valves and piping/pipeline, service test, internal inspection, safety checks, Site acceptance tests, performance test etc., and carried out punch listing walk through for Construction & Pre commissioning System/Sub-System along with Lead Commissioning Engineer, Field Disciplines Technicians, Project Team and Contractor Team.
