Managing the Technical Support Unit and Supervising Computer Labs in all the
Deanship of Academic Services (DAS) branches (12 satellite campuses, males and
females)
Liaising, communicating and coordinating with the Deanship of Information
Technology to insure that the orders and supplies necessary for DAS are going to be
delivered in the same agreed time frame
Generating weekly and monthly reports
Providing and designingIT solutions; like
o Fixing PC's (hardware and software) and configuring MS & Linux OS
o Computers’software & hardware setup
o Networks setup & troubleshooting, especially for network issues and software
systems failure through VPN, RDC Secure tunnels, or by phone and E-mails
along with remote assistance
Using special software like Hiren’s, Final Data Recovery and Combo Fix.

1.The ability to hold individual guidance and group sessions for students to alleviate the pressures which they face at the beginning of the school year and during the Undergraduate.
2.The ability to introduce students to the university system and regulations and the system of study and disciplines available to them after graduation.
Students about their rights and duties and private student constitution and the best ways to cope with the academic atmosphere of university.
3.The ability to follow up on students who have repeated violations of noncompliance National decent attire and appearance.
4.The ability to follow up on students who were referred by their guide academic (teacher) with regard to academic standing.
5.Permanent ability to communicate with the academic advisor for the people to find out which students face problems in their educational journey.
6.The ability to write periodic reports on the cases of students who are dealing with them.
7.Follow-up students and absenteeism rates and deprivation.
8.The ability to work guidance sessions for students applicants to withdraw for academic reasons and obstacles and try to help them reverse their opinion.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMNENTS AT THIS JOB
I was able to install OS on about 150 computers in one 1 day using SYMANTEC
NORTON GHOST
I was able to program a patch file based on MS-DOS named Restore services values
back to default that controlled a virus affected the main server that caused of
rebooting the server every 30 minutes, So it has been resolved completely by that
