As a member of the centralized planning team for Sun Engineering I was responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and assessing the accuracy of the project’s schedules
• Undertake critical path analysis and report discrepancies
• Conducting independent site visits to evaluate the project site progress against program and reporting to management accordingly
• Prepare variance analysis reports for project’s program in order to identify reasons for any discrepancies
• Project resources loading and resource control

• Framing work breakdown structure / activity code structure

• Providing earned value information of projects in line with the requirements

As a member of the Project Controls team on SANG Project I was responsible for the following
• Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress on site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis.
• Preparation of bar charts, progress reports, delays reports, weekly packages, S-curve and manpower histogram
• Reviewing and recommending the Baseline program of works submitted by the Sub-contractor for projects.
• Timely alarming the PMs regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects.
• Manpower Productivity monitoring.
• Risk assessment for the project.
• Making Delay analysis and time impact studies on the program of works in case of any delay event occurs on site.

Civil Site Engineer at SANG Project - Saudi Arabia National Guard Housing project, a mega project covering an area of 8.5 million square meters consisting of 6000 precast villas).
As a civil site engineer on SANG project I was responsible of the followings:
• In charge for all construction and finishing operations following HSE requirements (Health, Safety and Environment), quality requirements and planned cost and time.
• Leading a work force of 200 supervisors & labors for structural and finishing works.
• Responsible of meeting and controlling the project budget and reporting the progress on site presenting site cost & schedule performance index.
• Coordination with various subcontractors and control the sequence of works implemented on site.
• Coordinate between all project departments involving HSE, MEP, Engineering, Quality Control, Quantity Survey, Procurement and project management in a way to achieve the planned goals.

During the training period I worked on a big hospital project, and as part of this training program I had the chance to work on site, & I got to know the function of all feild parties; Engineers and workers. And I had the chance to know better about the relationship between the owner, consultants and the contractors.
