Roles and Responsibilities:
 Project Management and Implementation
- Managing ERP & software projects from the initiation Phase up to the closure
- Supervise Development/ Implementation teams.
- Define the roles and responsibilities Matrix.
- Negotiate with business on their requirements
- Priorities business initiatives, CRs and provide roadmap to implement changes
- Delivering projects within given constraints (Time, Cost, Quality, Resources...) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Project Planning
- Writing RFPs and Evaluate responses.
- Project Deliverables and Documentation including (BRS, Business Case, PMP, Project Charter, Schedule, Different Plans, etc)
- Identifying Projects dependencies.
 Communication Management and Conflict resolution.
- Provide the required reporting regarding the project to the project stakeholders such as Progress Reports and Presentations.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project progress, issues and Risks
- Coordinate with different teams including senior management through proper communication channels to ensure successful delivery of solutions/projects.
 Vendor Management
- Supervise vendor Project Managers, reviewing and approving the Status reports applied by them.
- Vendor Evaluation, Selection, and Monitoring Negotiations
 Financial management
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities
 Subject Matter Expert (SME )
- Perform pre and post-sales support as a Subject matter expert in Asset management (front office, middle office and back office) business
 Project Management and Implementation
- Managing project life-cycle, process, Product Implementation
- Develop and Maintain projects documents like project plan, work breakdown structure, responsibility matrix, project schedule, quality plan, estimated packages, Project Risks, Issues and Changes during the different phases of a project
- Design, develop, test, Validate and implement new functionalities and modifications to existing functionality Ensuring deliverable meet expectation of time, quality.
 Communication Management.
- Preparing the Upper management reports, variance reports, progress reports, raised issues and risks, holding progress meetings and resolving issues emerging throughout the project's life cycle.
- Ensure effective communication of project related information to external/ internal entities to enable effective decision making.
 Requirements gathering and analysis
- Perform business requirements gathering, analysis and design for client's requirements to Identify and recommend product customization, enhancements or work- around.
 Application Support
- Providing client support, consultation, system implementation and professional-User training, Escalates any unusual finding to determine and remedy risk factors.
