I work mainly as Technical Project Manager, which includes Task Management, Milestone Management, and Managing Deliveries. In addition to that, I am responsible for creating workflows and processes for the products’ life cycles. Also, translating clients’ stories into Technical Requirements.

Human Resource Tasks: Since our office in Bethlehem is a branch for the Head Quarters in the USA, I was also responsible for finding good resources for the company.

Project Manager
Managing the software development team located in Bethlehem branch, Dubai and Boston. I also managed the office budgets, inventory and all human resources management responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
Assigning Tasks to sprints: dividing work into small sprints that are done usually in 5 - 10 days depending on the business requirements, market demands and company priorities.

Leading Daily Scrums: leading daily meetings for 20 minutes using scrum management system (standing up meetings)

CRM System: the system is used by the call center to keep records of calls and callers, thus, provides statistics on employees efficiency and work achievements (ASP)

Beds4All.com: offers rooms for end users and travel agents through an interactive webpage that provides hotel rooms, cruises, transfers and flights throughout the EU and some other countries. Including XML connections to system in Spain and Poland(ASP, XML, JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET)

Beds4All.com Contracting System: a complete contracting system, web-based to manage hotels, room availability, bookings and many other services (ASP)

Logics Software: Web application that is used by city halls in some of the states in USA. Traveled to the USA for 3 months, for installations, support and training in Interactive Cobol. (ASP, MS SQL, I-Cobol)
