-review shopdrawings and material submittals.
-ensure that all activities as per the project programme.
-Conduct daily site inspection walk through to monitor construction activities for compliance with specification and shop drawings
-Handle site inspections for all structural works.
-Ensure the safety condition of the site.
-Follow the concrete pour, slump, cubes, test, etc.
-Supervise the quality of works at site.
-Handle site inspections for all Architectural works.
Supervision and follow-up for all site activates such as concrete, finishing, and main structural works, and make sure it follows the project specifications.
- Planning and Tracking of ongoing works within the overall project schedule.
- Ensure that all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed according to EHS and green building (LEED) requirements.
- Preparation of engineering plans and documents of the projects.
- Supervision all structural works according to the specifications and the design drawings for all company projects (Residences and offices).
- Raising the required reports to owner.
