A. Build and maintain relationship with respective functions to ensure that the required support and information is provided.
B. High-level knowledge of employment legislation in countries within which their role operates and how to translate into day to day HR operations.
C. Support HR Director to select and hire right candidates as per our Workforce Plan.
D. HR Services; Trained new staff to manage the HR System.
G. Employment Agreement:
1. Drafting Employment Agreement in accordance with Labor Law and company objectives.
2. Prepare and review Employment Agreement According to Offer and the Approval from the management.
3. Maintain a weekly report for the employment contracts status, probationary period.
H. Internal polices and procedures:
I. GOSI Account (General Organization for Social Insurance)
1. Maintain the GOSI Account for the Company.
2. Conciliate the employees headcount in GOSI with MOI headcount as well as payroll headcount (GOSI contribution reconciliation, headcount reconciliation, )
J: Payroll:
1. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
2. Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
3. Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
4. Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
5. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
6. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
7. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
8. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
J. MOL Account / Block Visa activities
1. Maintaining MOL account, assigning a representative, handling MOL activates which includes but not limited to:
a. Following up the Saudization target and status.
b. Provide a statistical analysis for the Saudization including forecasting for the long and mid-term goals.
c. Employees transfer activities (requesting & accepting transfer requests as per the company policy from A to Z).
d. WPS (Wage Protection System), register the company in WPS, upload payroll file on monthly basis, follow up with the accountant department.
e. Block visa activities (expansion visa, foundation visa request, Government visa process).
K. Mobilization activities:
Following up the recruitment process for the candidates with the agency oversees including but not limited to:
1. Provide a timeline for the candidate arrival.
2. Choosing the agencies in different countries and negotiate the deal (getting the best offer from the agencies)
3. Follow up with agencies for the visa requirements (providing the needed documents contract and visa number and delegation letter “TAFWEED”).
L. Immigration office / Muqeem activities:
1. Muqeem Registration.
2. transfer requests.
3. Exit reentry / final exit requests.
4. Maintain the Iqama renewal dates and renew the iqamas as per the company polices.
M. Human Resources Coordination
1 A carrying out human resources functions, procedures and programs for company employees.
2 Conduct new employee orientations, administer pre-employment background check and coordinate reference checks.
4 Maintain human resource records and compile reports from database as needed.
5 Administrate the on-boarding Process and mobility, ensuring this is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
N. GRO/PRO Activities:
