In charge of the below responsibilities: (service provider for many clients)

Accounting & Finance.
- Implementing the accounting system and accounting procedures.
- Developing the Finance & Accounting manual.
- Planning, organizing, scheduling and setting-up accounting entries.
- Ensure that the Month End Check List for Accounts Closing and Reporting is completed.
- Orienting and training staff.
- Coordinate and complete quarterly reviews, annual external audits, internal audits.
- Reconciling bank account statements.
- Appraising and monitoring staff performance.

Tax & Audit:
- File monthly VAT/WHT and prepare all supporting documents.
- Preparing of the annual Zakat & Income-Tax.
- Leading the activities of the annual audit performed by another external audit Firm.
- Advise management on inquiries related to Zakat and Tax

Reporting & Analysis:
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
- Preparing key performance indicator (KPI).
- Prepares accounting financial reports and providing management for monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial packages and financial statements including recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions.

- Prepared and filed value-added tax declarations based on sales and purchases statements extracted from the accounting systems.
- Represented and advised clients at the official tax authorities on tax matters and inquiries.
- Submitted annual income tax returns and ensured compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Submitted and studied tax objections and responded to requests from tax authorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Managed and maintained customer’s files through specialized tax programs and software.
