Dubai Municipality Certified : G+1 Engineer + building maintenance .
* Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
* Prepare project implementation plan and organize such resources as men, material, tools and equipment to ensure the installation of finished products at customers’ site enabling the company to meet its contractual obligation and customer satisfaction.
* Receive quotations from sub-contractors, identify the most cost effective contractor, obtain approval and arrange the appointment in conjunction with the Quantity Survey Dept.
* Organize design of the project Installation based on the lay out provided by the client/ consultant and obtain approval of the design by the client so as to arrange systematic installation at the site.
* Supervise the site at all times, provide on the spot guidance to ensure high quality craftsmanship and keep the client/consultant posted on the progress on the installation of project. Solve the problem if any so as to achieve smooth implementation of installation as per plan.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of
assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning
responsibilities to the most capable employees and
monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and
requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules,
plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the
project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project
manager and other project participants and
collaborating with senior engineers to create more
e cient project methods and to maintain the project's
profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the
necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed
equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics
and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for
monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable

• Managing the planning and design stages of civil
engineering projects.
• Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility
of new construction sites.
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts
to final engineering designs.
• Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing
structures for upgrades.
• Designing and recommending improvements to
computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings

•Assisting the project engineer in construction and reading project plans.

•Significant knowledge about post tension equipment and construction.
•Dealing and rearrange with all subcontractors including: submittals and shop drawing
•Full coordination with Forman about all civil works.
•Casting concrete for all structural elements under my supervision.
•Did all the survey quantity including: steel, concrete, block, plaster and marbles for the whole tower.
•Coordinating with suppliers under supervision of senior engineer.
•Responsible on all tests of concrete like slump test, compression test, etc.
•Managing, controlling and supervision of construction work.
•Secure order of equipment and materials required on site.
•Prioritizing health and safety aspects in the construction area.
