Responsible for managing the full Human Resources Function of the group in a matrix environment, and strategic business partner to the Managing Director. Managing overall HR Operations and administrative strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization based in UAE-Sharjah. (5 section heads report to HRD including Shared Services with an overall team of 35+). Key Result Include: HR Strategic Planning:

•Restructured the H uman Resources Departmenta l, and reviewi ng Job descri ption and process system i n compl iance to its strateg ic mandate.
•I ntrod uced and i mplemented Job Band i ng, Grad i ng and Sa lary Structures.
•Set up the worki ng methodology for succession planni ng ana lysis, i mplementation and monitori ng .
•Ensuri ng the proper i mplementation of company's human resources strateg ies by admi nisteri ng department accounta bi l ities, i ncl ud i ng planni ng, forecasti ng, ta lent acqu isition, stafi ng, employment processi ng, compensation, tra i ni ng and development, records management, safety and hea lth, employee relations and retention, and labour relations.
•Managing, the job evaluation, controlling, analyzing and monitoring the entire Salary Structure, Total Rewords, Attendance, Overtime, Adjustments, Deductions, Increment, Bonuses, Exit formalities activities (Resignation /termination), Gratuity and End of Service benefits. Talent Management:
•Managing a team of 4 dedicated employees, Designing & developing a Talent Management Plan / Strategy targeting the Development of 3 channels "Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Talent Engagement. Defining & developing an Employee Value Proposition. Designing & developing Competency Framework (Behavioral & Functional). Designing & implementing an Assessment Center approach which increased the selection ratio of candidates from an average of 15:1 to 6:1 and providing a significant cost saving.
•Develop the procedures & Processes of recruitment, selection, Onboarding, Orienting, Training coaching, counseling, probation review, Confirmation and Separation. Decide recruitment channels, Compensations Schemes & Benefits Management. Performance Appraisals and Management:
•Design and Implementation of Performance Management Program based on measurable KPI's and regular assessment feedback to staf. This has greatly increased eficiency, performance and results while reducing unnecessary headcount. Employees Relations Management:
•Set up policies and procedures for the treatment of employees horizontal and vertical inter organizational conflicts.
•Enhance Organization communications and develop employee communications.
•Ensure proper management of Staf amenities and occupational and health safety. Training and staf Development:
•Identify the areas for development, design and deliver programs that improve the behavior of people thereby achieving their personality and the organizational goals. Administration Responsibility:
•Setup a policy and manage to keep all company license papers, Medical Insurance, Labour Contracts, Employee Visa's and workmen compensation renewed on time, as well as Managing the ofice expenses payments. Facilities & Camps Management:
•Directing, Managing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling. And managing the overall environment and ensure that properties (Company Ofices, Branches, Accommodation, Camps) meets health and safety requirements and comply with the country legislation. Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
•Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
•Managing 6 Camps (Staf & Labours) with total Capacity of 4000 Employee. Setup the Rules, Budget, Expenses, and reports. Key Achievements:
•Leading the group of companies through COVID-19 pandemic and implemented many new best practices to ensure business continuity and Secured employment cost savings.
•Transform HR as a Strategic Business Partner to the business through an integrated HR Strategy.
•Designed, Executed and Managed HRMS to support all aspects of HR functions including the Employee Self Services.
•Designed the employee relation and payroll system for Al Marwan Group employees, ensuring 100% accuracy of the payroll and eficiently managing the employees HR transactions.
•Job Evaluation conducted for the top 120+ positions in the Organization.
•Designed, and implemented HR processes and policies, and eliminated liability and exposure. Created employee handbook, attendance policy, anti-harassment and discrimination, electronic communications policy, and code of conduct.
•Directed and monitored all aspects of various operations such as establishing performance driven schemes and rewards management systems, calculating total working hours, overtime, leaves, shouldering the entire responsibility of appraising performance of staf, and monitoring payroll.
•Developing & implementing a Performance Management framework & Succession Planning Program for Executive Management, Managers and below.
