• Provide outsourcing services including co-location, cloud solutions, virtual hosting, e-mail hosting, and data Center security.
• Respond to customers inquiries through Phone calls, emails and tickets.
• Troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis to resolve current problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Contact ISPs/Suppliers/Vendors for escalating/following up incidents then creating RFO to our customers.
• Support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls.
• Acts as 2nd Tier Support, and handle internal Escalation to different technical teams.
• Perform regular monitoring via PRTG to identify any possible wrong behaviors and perform data Center physical eye check
• Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices.
