Task :
Responsible for Auditing in ( El motahada for Food and beverage( Cinnabon - Carvel - Ruby ) - Tawasal for Advertising-Dan For Advertising - Atef Essa For cables ) .
Reviewing and recording all financial transaction entreis.
Reviewing the procedures and ensure that it matches with Accounting cycle .
Prepare sales and purchasing sheets
Prepare monthly sales tax and yearly income tax reports .
Reviewing the stocks In warehouse for time to time .
Follow up protocols and procedures in warehouses in the previous companies .
Arrange with cost department to set up the suitable and accurate procedures to determine the stock in the warehouses .
Arrange with Auditing Department to set up auditing procedures and Accounting cycle .
Prepare (Auditing Reports ) and provide the high Management in the office with our recommendations to improve the performance in companies which I audit in it .
Prepare trail balance, income statement and Balance sheet at the end of year.
Review all financial transactions in companies .
Prepare monthly sales tax reports .
Prepare yearly income taxes reports
Provide sales tax authority with sales tax report monthly.
Reviewing sales accounts & customers accounts, manage customers credits, monitoring collecting payments in clients companies .
Prepare trail balance, income statement and balance sheet .
Set up new companies according to Egyptian laws
Finishing documents and governmental paper for clients .
Dealing with sales tax and income taxes
Auditing in (Ethios For food and beverage - Coral cost Hotel in Dahab - Mirage Hotel in Dahab - Elsheikh Ali Hotel in Dahab- Deksi for trading elect, )
Managing a portfolio of accounts
