• Business Process Management (BPM):
- Work closely with Sales Team on leads qualification and improve the Review of current document processes and procedures.
- Review of current workflows, authority delegation and approval matrixes.
- Review of compliant issues and alignment with current laws and regulations.
- Review the current utilization of applications and systems.
- Optimized Process documentation (As is and To Be): Process Mapping and enhanced workflow.
- Recommendation Report on Automation in each process.
• Products Selection
- Work closely clients to define the strategy of implementing new products.
- Gather and define the high-level requirements.
- Build requirements and prepare RFPs by defining the acceptance criteria.
- Organize demos with external vendors and principal companies.
- Measure the successful demos, presentations, and RFP Reponses.
- Work with the product selection committees to shortlist the products.
- Invite and manage the implementation partners pre-engagement.
- Review the existing business process and suggest improvements were
needed to prepare for the change.
• Contracting
- Manage proposals reviews and completeness.
- Report to selection committees with statistics and requirements covering.
- Build POC and demo scripts for critical business processes.
- Review contracts - Functionally, Technical and Legally in conjunction with different units.
- Define best project approach with implementation partners.
• Operations Management (Project Management):
- Manage the relationships between client’s and Implementation partners or internal Teams.
- Build Project Team and define all stakeholders.
- Ensure all project plans are realistic and achievable by implementation partners which includes (schedule, requirement management, approach, communication, and Risk plans).
- Report to the client ExCo both project status and progress.
- Ensure project alignment to both objectives and plans.
- Review all project document submissions and ensure following best practices.
- Facilitate the engagement of client’s stakeholders for different project
activities.
- Ensure smooth project running.
- Raise the red flag when needed and when any unmonitored risk occurs.
- Attend all project activities and perform follow-up where is needed.
- Increased the turnover from NGN 1m to NGN 3.5M per month.
- Implemented new business processes to save efforts and time and cost.
- Introduced new business channels and lines.
- Convert the business from Buy-to-Sell to Buy-to-make.

- Implemented Shared Services across the group companies (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and Ethiopia).
- Led the implementation of Digital Transformation Program which consists of the following projects:
• Digitization strategy for the group
• Business Requirements Gathering and Digital Road Map
• Product Selection and Implementation Partners
• Led the implementation of Salesforce (CRM) for Sales, Service, Marketing and Social Media.
• Led the implementation of Oracle NetSuite (ERP) for both Finance and Logistics.
• Led the Back Office- Betting platform management and continues improvements.
• Implemented paper-less initiatives and digital signature (DocuSign).
• Implemented Business Process Automation (MS SharePoint).
