1. Prepare daily invoices & follow up on payments with customers including L/C.
2. Prepare monthly the expected cash receipts schedule to assist in cash flow.
3. Prepare monthly reconciliations which include cash, bank & etc.
4. Prepare monthly inventory reports & if any variances to be reported.
5. Accumulated job costing calculation.
6. Assignment labor costs to jobs &calculate quarterly actual mfg. overhead rate.
7. Responsible on payroll for different divisions & distribution of cost to ledger A/Cs.
8. Monitoring the excel sheet fixed assets list W/the related A/Cs in the system.
9. Handling chief accountant duties when it is required
