Tatweer Petroleum WDP, Construction manager / responsible for all civil works for well pads as cutting and filling including the concreting around conductor pipe and installation of cellar ring and slab concreting. controlling for filling and compaction test for type B & A as well (NDT) with third party, handover the works to TP as per TP requirements and reporting to Ramsis as daily and monthly. checking the quality of material to be used to meet the Spec's to achieve the target of the works. Put the schedule of the works as manpower and machinery as required. Moreover following up the asphalt and backfilling for some roads refer to Road Spec's.
Piling ( single & secant) foundation, sheet piling and dewatring system works. carried out all piling tests( dynamic, static load tests, integrity test and sonic test. Responsible for all piling works as preparation the site from client and take samples from different depth for piling location to check the soil status and evaluated the soil description, to arrange and execute the site activities including the planning, drawings monitoring and quality system and implementation and coordinate with consultant and client about work progress as daily reports. to handle and carried out the pile tests as motioned in begin.
Following the construction bldg's, supervision designing and following up all tests for concrete, soil & asphalt works, supervisions and evaluates the post of reclamation process and Armour rocks testing for slope protection, following the road works as cutting and back-filling the infrastructure utilities, evaluate the sea water testing during the dredging works as TSS & TDS. Supervision of construction 45 villas at with 2 & 3 bedrooms with an indoor swimming pool up to master bedroom using all kind of rose marble and other chloride in bishop borrowed from plaster and Germany kitchens. in addition to large swimming Olympic size and Spa sauna rooms, large hanging restaurant and Aqua Park. supervision of construction maria fishing harbor in MUHARRAQ island executed blocks for maria wall each 20 tons, following up the tests for reclamation areas as CPT, In-situ density, Settlement monitoring and Piezometer to measuring the ground water levels during 3 months for Busaiteen and Hidd area.
Responsible for quality control of quay walls of berths in north container terminal for concrete grads C50/20, C40/20, C30/20, C20/20 by using corrosion inhibitor & crack controlling additive and Superplasticiser, carried out all soil tests, asphalt as per BS, ASTM and AASHTO Standards, following up & run tests for paving of block tiles of interlock for heavy and med. Duty of stacking and custom exam. areas Uni and rectangular in shape.Supervision of reclamation and dredging and slope protection by carried out all test os dredged material during and after reclaiming to keep the quality on Spec's of project at Durrat - Alarous no. 1 & 2, supervision of casting situ for quay wall of marina and buildings around the marina beside that supervision of Golf course and Equestrian club .
