•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
•Manage the recruitment and selection process
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Duties and Responsibilities
•Ensure all Day-to-day administration including issuing employment contracts, salary letters and maintenance of employee files is maintained accurately and correctly and prepare monthly payroll instructions in communication of HR policies.
•Handel all employee absences and raise any issues.
•Understand local employment regulations for KSA to handle related issues.
