To be fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and contractual terms.
•To ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy.
•To ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
•To prepare Method Statements.
•To plan resources and plan requirements and arrange procurement to suit program requirements.
•To liaise with consultant and subcontractors
•To plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer.
•To review and monitor the progress of the project.
•To prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders.
•To approve drawings, specifications and submittals and distribute them to concerned parties.
•To define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected.
•To ensure safe work environments.
•Coordination with MEP works at site
