Perform the full range of pre-award and post-award duties applying acquired procurement skills and knowledge involving acquisition and assistance actions to accomplish program objectives for United States Agency for International Development/Sudan and South Sudan.
Coordinating between the various sections of the General Services Office at the US embassy, including procurements, leasing, shipping, Warehousing, Motor pool, property management, and the property maintenance. I deal with the planning, administration, supervision, services and quality control issues. I gained Experience in all aspects of office administration including those related to contractor employee benefits under state department regulations; I worked on personnel management, small purchases, buildings and equipment maintenance, office and residential lease management, Liaison with Embassy on physical and personal security, administration of office cleaning contract.
Managed land transporting operations of goods and services to all parts of Sudan. During that period I was in charge of transporting three oil pipe line projects.
