Conducted traffic impact studies for Hotel, Schools, and Kindergartens in Dubai. Responsibilities included traffic volume data analysis, study area identification and traffic assessment for key intersections for base and forecast year, and the preparation of the methodology report and the traffic impact study report. The study also involved mitigation measures to ensure the surrounding transport network has sufficient capacity to accommodate generated trips.

My Intention about using Software and computer technology in order to explain and clarify ideas and planning concepts, helped me to be the Graphic Assistant in UC Berkeley’s Environmental Design \[In\] City program in summer 2012. I coordinated with the professors to help students learning GIS, Photoshop, and In Design to visualize their ideas, and I provided graphics recommendations to a class of 120 students.

Performing architectural design for various aspects of major development projects for SAIPA factory. Preparing technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects to support the projects to be implemented. Coordinating architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems. Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.

Designs and prepares illustrative and graphic presentations to provide visual recommendations and/or solutions to a complex set of assumptions related to urban design. Retrieves, manipulates, and summarizes information for planning and design reports. Researches urban design issues, design guidelines and applicable codes. Prepares reports on findings.
