Motivate and direct the field sales force to derive optimum results & achieve
Their pre qualifiers & targets.
Ensure the selling and enforcement of Parts and Service merchandising programs
By the PSSRs & sales force in the Region.
Implement departmental and regional objectives to ensure achievement as per plan.
Maintain a market intelligence system, which includes profiles on each major
Competitor in the region, and devise course of action to combat competition.
Liaise with service department to ensure prompt follow-up on matters pertaining to customer service related problems in the field and workshop.
Ensure that key customers are visited & to prepare management reports and provide solutions to their problems.
Establish and maintain good ongoing customer relations with top officials of key customers ie: top 20 revenue customers.
Organize in cooperation with PSSM, RSM customer seminars, open house etc.
Work closely with other branches and company functional managers and cooperate
With manufacturers’ representatives.
Any other assignment as deemed necessary by management.
