Duties include preparation of basic and detailed engineering documents for Royal Commission in Jubail Tasks of instrumentation and control systems.
Working as a Quality control for submitted documents.
Duties include preparation of basic and detailed engineering documents, installation supervision of instrumentation and control systems; calibration of electronic instruments, plant start-up and commissioning, preparing plant operating procedures, analysis and design of instrumentation and control works for Company projects including flow and valve sizing calculations, instruments and control specifications, interconnection diagrams, P&IDs, installation details, cable schedules, etc.; conducting technical bid analysis of vendor and subcontractor submissions for the following types of projects including water/wastewater, petroleum, fertilizers, cement, steel, food & beverage, medical and other plants.
Design, maintenance and marketing for all types of instruments for many different industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Food & Beverage, steel, pharmaceutical, water and waste water plants.
Participated in the following projects:
- Participated in a maintenance team for a big paper and pulp company, the maintenance included all instruments and control systems equipment (PLC, DCS and all field instruments).
- Design, installation and commissioning of a Barrage project using Siemens PLC.
