▪ Contractor for multinational company performing quality analyst
▪ Job entails to determine that product/update is ready to be released without
bug/error
▪ Ensure that new features are ready for release by testing it and report to the engineering
team if found any defects
▪ Once the test is over, prepare a report to update the result to the manager
▪ Cooperate with the teammates to ensure the objective and requirement for the test is
executed correctly
▪ Daily specific task is to ensure that co-workers reporting bug according to the
standardized format
▪ In charge to the screening process where among the task is to delegate the responsibility
among screeners, setup a standard guidance for screening and input the result into the
system
Responsible for financial software localization, a project with SAP, world’s largest
enterprise software vendors
▪ As this is a big project, it is divided into component and sub-component where at the
end of each final phase I am entrusted to QC co-workers’ output before the submitting
of the project component by senior translator
Localization for two websites - Latestays.com and Asiawebdirect.com for more than
3274 hotels information involving ~654, 800 words.
▪ Proofread, review and upload translation from other freelance translators in the team.
▪ SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - for online marketing purpose
▪ Create brand awareness and promotion via social media, blog and chat forum
