i completed my degree while being working full time. I interned in the HR department 2 days a week as part of my personal development. As part of my career aspirations I took to mentoring disadvantaged learners and aspiring supervisors. Upon the end of my service at Tracker I had successfully mentored 5 consultants to management level and 15 learners to full time employment within Tracker
