This refinery has designed for production of Gasoline, Gas oil, Jet fuel, LPG and residue.
it consists of NHT, KHT, GOHT, Merox, Isomerisation, CCR, Amine treating and Utility (GTGs, Steam boilrs, N2 and air units, sea water).

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of
production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes

Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff

To ensure that Health and Safety rules and
regulations are adhered to during the shift and all
matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the
companies Health and Safety policy

Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can
identify root causes and take fast
effective action to resolve the problems in hand

To work closely with other Shift Supervisors
to ensure production handovers are effective
communications tools

Maintain housekeeping standards to
ensure a clean and safe workplace

Hands on Commissioning of the largest gas condensate refinery in the world.PGSOC (Persian Golf STAR oil company) - Bandarabass, Iran, This refinery has designed for production of 35 M liter/day Gasoline, 14 M liter/day Diesel, 4.5 M liter/day Jet fuel, 3.8 M liter/day LPG and residue.

As Operation Shift Supervisor I supervise process of gathering Crude oil from Yadavaran oil field 23 wells via slug catcher and 3 gas separator and controlling specification of crude oil and transferring to Abadan refinery and supervising operation and maintenance and approving work permits and reporting to my superior are may main duties. 5 panel and site operator and 4 maintenance team of subcontractor(Jahanpars) are my subordinates and Sinopec operation manager is my superior.

Worth mentioning I work simultaneously as a trainer of new main operation company(Falat Ghareh- IOOC) and its sub-contractor (Fateh Sanat Kimiaand - FSK) in my previous job location(NGL gas refinery in Sirri Island) for its operation personnel. Transferring my experience of startup and shut down and hazard situations of this refinery to shift supervisors and board & site operators and writing practical startup and S/D procedures are my main duty. 7 days in a month within 6 month is my contract with FSK.

As Operation Shift Supervisor .my previous title in this company was Commissioning engineer and after start up I continued as Control room senior operator and then I promoted to Shift supervisor in Operation Division. Commissioning and start-up and operation of Oil& Gas industries are this Company’s main duty. Gathering gas and oil from Eilam and Nasr Offshore oil fields and separation via slug catcher and transferring the oil for export and liquefaction of Gas in the refinery and separation hydrocarbon liquids in refinery and storage was under my supervision .Sirri Island NGL refinery project is my first cooperation with this company. 6 board operator and 8 site operator and 2 supervisors(process-Utility) were my subordinate and operation manager was may superior. Supervising maintenance and process and approving work permits and reporting to operation manager were my main duties.

AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR IN PROCESS DIVISION IN M.E.G (LAST POSITION) PLANT OF JAM PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX IN ASALOUYEH and 6 board operators and 12 site operators are my sub ordinates and production manager of the company was my superior.
Worth mentioning from 2006 to 2008 I had been working as a board operator in the same division before I had promoted. Also I have trained and mentored 8 site operators and 6 board operators during my position as shift supervisor.Supervising the process and approving work permits and reporting to operation manager were my main duties.
Main activity of the company: petrochemical substances production (ethylene glycols MEG & DEG & TEG)

AS Process shift supervisor OF HYDROGEN PLANT OF MARGARIN CO. (2TH. BIG OIL PRODUCER COMPANY OF IRAN) and 7 board and site operators were my sub ordinates and the production manager of the factory was my superior.
