• Ensured analyses done meets the requirements especially crude oil for Lifting operation.
• Communicated directly with the production regarding any analyses need to be done during shift time.
• Reported, logged-in, and authorized all analysis results into LIMS.
• Analyzed various samples of Crude Oil (Lifting Operation), petroleum products (Diesel Oil, Lube Oil), potable water, and waste water.
• Ensured that quality standard for the Crudde Oil are met during production.
• Ensured that all laboratory equipments are calibrated, verified, and are in good condition.
• Ensured that all tests done are as per standard methods.
• Verified and calibrated laboratory equipments as per calibration schedule.
• Reviewed and discussed the standard operating procedures for laboratory tests with the Laboratory Supervisor.
• Performed minor troubleshooting for laboratory equipments.
• Checked and controlled all solutions and chemicals prepared as per schedule.
• Reported directly to the Laboratory Supervisor.

• Analysis of sample such as Lube Oil, Condensate, Glycol, Amine, Hot Oil, etc.
• Sampling and onsite analysis of gas, air compressor
• Make reservation for chemical and another Petroleum Chemistry laboratory consumption.
• Recorded incoming sample to a Log Book.
• Generated the waste of ex.analysis to the specified container.

Responsibilities include:
• Sampling and analyzed of gas, condensate, glycol, amine, propane, waste water and environmental scope, and etc. directly on field or processing area (Grissik and Suban gas plant)
• Potable Water analysis
• Sampling and on site analysis in another fields like Puyuh, Dayung, Gelam, South Jambi, etc
• Make reservation for chemical and another laboratory consumption to warehouse with Chemist approval
• Recorded incoming sample to a Log Book.
• Generate the waste of ex.analysis to the specified container
• Afternoon hand over operation personal meeting
• To make a report by Excel or Words of analysis and submitted to Laboratory Chemist.
• Make Analysis Procedure (SOP) refered to International standard as ASTM, and send it to Chemist to reviewed and get approval to Division Manager before it applicated in Laboratory.
• Support for Sampling and Analysis sample from Plant Performance test as the Test was conducted in years November 2009, January 2010, June 2010 (Suban Plant Area), December 2010 (Grissik Gas Plant area), May 2011 (Dayung 6 New Well).

Responsibilities include:
• Sampling of gas, liquids, waste water and environmental scope, chemical oilfield, and etc. directly on field or processing area (certified as a Sampling Personnel by BAN/KAN)
• Deposite from well or processing area, Identification analysis Qualitatif and Quantitatif
• Reading and treasuring piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) of oil and gas process, specialize for oily water treatment & gas treatment
• Application of New methods in accordance with reference book (ASTM, The Institute of Petroleum (IP) Standard method, GPA, etc.)
• Bottle test of chemical oilfield onsite or on lab
• Chemical Field trial test directly at processing area such as Reverse Demusifier
• Potable Water analysis
• Cleaning and weighing of Corrosion Coupon which related to corrosion monitoring
• On site analysis of new project start up, such monitoring of gas moisture, monitoring of oil content produce water, Chemical injection optimization, and etc.
• Application of New methods in accordance with reference book (ASTM, The Institute of Petroleum (IP) Standard method, GPA, etc.)
• To make a report by Excel or Words of analysis and submitted to Laboratory supervisor.
