- Generate monthly and weekly reports for all KSA regions that helps top management in decision making process to measure manpower status, increase saudization percentage and solve turnover issues.
- Generate monthly recruitment status report to follow up recruitment plans.
- Generate flow charts to improve the procedures and processes of the department.
- Supervising on HR female team and handling their issues and attendance and follow up data entry in HRMS, Social Insurance and Human Recourses Development Fund to prevent the problems in employee salary.
- Trainer for new HR employee on Human Recourses Management System and how to generate exception reports.
- Assistant in employee development & recognition programs (Skip Level Meetings-Employee Referral -Praise Program-Store Manager Empowerment-HR Manual-Hello HR)
- Assistant in Company Induction programs.
- Responsible of employee of the month for outstanding performance program.
