• To carry out maintenance, service and commissioning of generator set, washing machine, dryer
, ironing machine for laundry, compressor, and HVAC system for the clients
• To carry out installation and fabrication of mining equipment like CIP plant, aggregate crushing
plant, block making plant, sand washing plant and industrial machinery.
• To install and fabrication of small hydro power plant
• To install and commissioning of generator set and electrical infrastructure
• To install, fabricate and commissioning of piping for fire system
• To install, fabricate and commissioning of steel structure for the building and e - house
• To procure and supply of different equipment and spare parts on mining, industrial and
construction company.

Duties and Responsibilities
• To repair and service electric handling equipment like (folk lift, slave pallet mover, pallet truck&
manlift), automated traveling vehicle, weigh scale, cold room and conveyor system with rack
• To comply with HSE policy given by company and GCAA for aviation industry
• To practice preventive maintenance culture to maximize the availability of the system and
equipment
• To repair, changing over and re charge battery from the Electric vehicle, assist third party in case
needed to ensure the work are done successful
• To write the report of the shift to management to inform the status of the activities as per
scheduled work
• To respond immediately in the case of breakdown of the handling equipment and machine to
reduce down time
• To provide technical support on SCADA system to operator in the case of system Malfunction.

• To enforce the working place and manpower are complying with OSHA standards and all
policies, rules and regulations are followed
• To make sure assembling, fitting and installation of the turbine, generator, MIV and
Hydraulic system skids are complying with installation manual from OEM, Installation
drawing as built and Technical field advisor from manufacturer.
• To make sure IR report is writing and approved by all stakeholder to ensure installation is
going smoothly .
• To ensure the Proper use of power and hand tools to assisting in assembling process,
inspection of spiral case fitting, aligning, welding and hydro testing, turbine erection,
generator erection, MIV erection and hydraulic akid erection.
• To enforce all the powerand hands tools are calibrated on time to give quality
measurements (dial gauge, master level, inside micrometer, vernier height gauge etc)
• To control working hour, vacation and overtime for manpower depending on site activities
• To supervise subcontractor activities and managing issuance of material, tools and
equipment for installation and commissioning
• To work closely with QC department to ensure mechanical installation are comply with
OEM and ISO
• To inspect and hand over construction activities to the client and consultant as per site
procedure
• To write and generate technical report for installation activities from Unit 1 to unit 9

• I participate in the planning phase of a project, collaborating with project managers,
stakeholders, and other team members to define project goals, scope, timelines, and
resources needed.
• I design and development of project plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and
other technical documents required for the project.
• I manage project resources including materials, equipment, and personnel. Coordinate
with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for
the project.
• I prepare project documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, change
orders, and other relevant records to ensure transparency and accountability throughout
the project lifecycle.
• I ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• I prepare project budgets and cost estimates, and monitor expenses throughout the
project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

• To Supervise maintenance team on attending scheduled and breakdown maintenance of
overall plant equipment like mills, boiler, shredder, inter carrier, chain conveyor, sugar drier
, Turbo alternator(2.5MW), ID fan, pumps, centrifugal machine, strike receiver, biometric
condenser, clarifier, rotocyclone fan and mud filters..
• To conduct plant inspection and condition monitoring of the critical machine like (ID, FD
, SA, Rotoclone Fan, steam turbine nozzle box pressure temperature and pressure of
gearing system during the production.
• Report daily condition of the plant on maintenance log for further analysis and plan for
preventive maintenance on scheduled stop day.
• To perform maintenance work on front end section during the stop day( mill gap
checking, hydraulic system checking for leakages like accumulator, directional control
valve nitrogen cyllinder and hydraulic pump, knife change over on CK1 &2 and shredder,
tightening of the intercarrier, cane carrier, bagasse carrier, ID fan change out and during
the production if the positive pressure is increasing above the standard check for the
leakage of the pipes inside the furnace)
• I led the maintenance unit to make sure the plant is running on high overall time efficiency
(OTE factory) and low loss time available (LTA).
• To control and monitor operation parameter like mill 1 speed and mill 4, supply steam at
the required pressure and temperature on the back end, generate enough electricity
without import to the grid and monitor the feed of feeder table at the constant level .
• To control the attendance and vacation of the team to make sure the shift target of cane
