•Arranging all new application through immigration portal (GDRFA e-DNRD & e-Vision) including the entry permit visa, cancellation, renewal, change status, data modification, employee transfer, and dependence visa etc.
•Issuing manual and HRM systems generated letters certificates, Arabic, English salary, services & all type of certificates.
•Follow up the BU’s work flow request and coordinating with them emails quires as usual daily basis schedule.
•Monitoring & uploading the swift remittance for top up the amount and submitting monthly transaction report to the section ER Manager
•Ascertaining Noqodi online transaction monthly report and preparing (RFP) to top up the wallet account
•Printing the employment ID cards for new and existing employees as per the BU’s request.
Duties as
To coordinate in Human Resource department, updating the staff files.
•To coordinate sales and finance team to maintain the monthly filing records.
•Arranging the free zone security gate pass for corporate guest and newly candidates.
•Placing monthly grocery and stationery order for all company branches.
•Maintained the sales and marketing team files records and handing fax related client quot.
•Supporting reception skills due to absence of receptionist.
•Coordinate with other dept. for their requirements and respond to all related inquiries.
•Arranging the corporate guest appointment schedule.
•Arranging the necessary corporate guest pick & drop schedule as per management schedule.
