1) Monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
2) Supervise and perform testing including raw materials, in process samples and finished products.
3) Ensure that all finished goods is properly inspected and approved prior to release to customer.
4) Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Store department on raw materials change notifications.
1) analyze Raw Mix, Kiln feed Clinker, cement and received materials and materials for approval.
2) Preparation of solutions for free Lime and finding calculation factors for cement and clinker.
3) Compare x-ray analysis & wet analysis of Raw Mix, kiln feed & products
4) Perform tests of clinker, raw materials, cement final product.
5) Performs quality control testing of all cement and associated products
6 ) Preparation of solutions and reagents as per described Normality
7) Register results, make necessary reports and forward them to chemical laboratory manager to take required procedures.
8) Performs other duties related to Lab work as may be required.
1) Perform Water Treatment For Cooling Towers, Boilers, Chillers, ZLD (Zero-Liquid Discharge) Unit For Waste Water Treatment, And Incinerator Unit Besides Chemical Cleaning.
2) Perform All Kind Of Analytical Tests Like pH, T.H, TDS, DO, COD, BOD, Chloride, Bromide, Fluoride, Particle Size, And Heavy Metals Test Analysis According To (ASTM) Specification.
3) Perform Analysis Of Soft Water And Determine pH, Hardness, Conductivity, And TDS.
