Proficient with the management and efficient working of the Document control management system. Well versed with distributing documents; and tracking and retrieving them on regular basis. Proficient with maintaining the register entries for all the receipts, submission of document and the correspondence issues with the clients. Ensure the effective running of the day-to-day activities. Ensure compliance with the quality management.
Responsible for creating all production-related materials or documents such as part / plate matrices, production specs, imaging & order processing instructions, quality guidelines, communicating daily status and production schedules.
