• Timely and effective collection of debts and customers' payments & negotiating re-payment plans


• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels to ensure invoices are clear for payment & resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices


• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems


• Supporting co-workers in invoicing process & other critical tasks

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations

• Daily distribution of all incoming inputs correctly and on time: Emails, Tickets, Opportunities, and Leads according to each market-specific distribution agenda

• During six months, provided company management updates for various markets results by monitoring the performance of the tools used by the company

• Controlled confidential and proprietary information released to company clients

• Assess bank financial data, reports, and other information
