Lead the end-to-end logistics process for spare parts, implementing efficient
procurement and distribution strategies. Conduct demand forecasting, resulting in minimized stockouts and reduced excess
inventory. Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of high- quality spare parts. Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure
timely deliveries. Utilize data analysis tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations (Advance Excel, Power BI)
Execute Kaizen initiatives within the warehouse to enhance safety protocols, optimize
stocking procedures, apply Storage Kaizen techniques (utilizing the 7 Storage Techniques), improve the handling of special orders, and establish measures for controlling irregularities. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall
business goals and objectives for (Yamaha, Kinglong, Accessories, Care Care products)
