Provide cost estimate expertise & capabilities in preparing multi discipline, conceptual and definitive cost estimates for various types of Onshore and Offshore Capital projects, including multi-million-dollar oil and gas projects as per Saudi Aramco SAEP-25 and KJO guidelines
Prepare and finalize the Company cost estimates impact for any Change orders from ongoing EPC projects, with close follows up and coordination for bill of quantities and firming up of final cost.
Ensure that estimates are accurate and in accordance with Company’s pricing strategy/guidelines.
Interface with PMT to review and discuss project scope and estimate basis, and consult on Company estimating methods/procedures.
Assist project management and contracts in review /finalization of bid evaluation in relation to breakdown of cost and quantities.
Develop and maintain up to date detailed Estimating Data bank for labour, material, equipment, consumables, and installation rates and variables as applicable to both local and international market. Perform complete analyses and cost revalidations using internal and external benchmarking data, historical indices, and component benchmarking.
Prepare Cost Estimate of Engineering Man-hour for future FEED projects for five-year business plans.
Review GES contractor Cost Estimates submitted for funding estimates for capital projects to ensure accuracy, complete compliance with the scope of work, including those developed by Subcontractor, that may need revising to reflect construction practices.
