• Company financial reporting including the preparation of regular financial statements, necessary
corporate filings, and specialized management reports (VAT, Zakat & Tax ).
• Provide financial analysis tools to Evaluate company ventures or special projects.
• Assessing the company’s overall financial health and performance, primarily by using key performance indicators (KPI) ratios such as the activity ratio, profitability, and debt ratio… etc.
• Leading and managing the established team of full-time Accountants.
• Developing and maintaining internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Evaluating current accounting practices and policies and driving continuous improvement.
• Responsible for timely quarterly preparation of financial statements for the Management.
• Coordinating with external auditors during annual financial audit.
• Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries and reports.
• Tracking performance against financial indicators to provide meaningful information for the management.
• Analyses, define and interpret financial data to derive past financial performance and develop future projections.
• Manage cash flow for the entity and forecast future trends to ensure liquidity and financial flexibility manage financial risks. Manage commercial banking relationships.

• Evaluating capital projects using (IRR, DCF, PP, PI ..etc.)
• Providing and interpreting financial information in joint ventures.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows, predicting future trends of the business & projects.
• Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
• Preparing and managing operational and capital budgets.
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk of portfolios & JVs.

• Prepare the adjusted trial balance & the financial statements.
• Journalize and post the closing entries.
• Prepare the post-closing trial balance.
• Prepare pro forma Financial Statements.
• Analyze Financial Statements & forma Financial Statements.

• Substantive tests of revenues & expenses Cycles.
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
• Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations.
• Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
• Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are Correctly followed and complied with.
