• Responsible for sending the enquiries to the regular supplier and the new supplier in the market.
• Follow up the supplier for the quotation.
• Reading the quotation fully Regarding Price, Brand, Availability and Deliver Process.
• Proper selection of the received quotation from the different supplier in the terms of Brand, Price and Availability.
• Getting the official approval for ordering the materials from the higher authorities.
• Ordering the Materials as per the quotation sent to the client.
• Preparing and Sending the LPO to the selected supplier from the received quotation.
• Follow up the supplier for the correct time delivery to the site.
• Follow up the Accounts Department for the Payment Process.
• Proper inventory management in the store.
• Before ordering every time requesting the confirmation from the store keeper.
• Maintaining the Records of the Material Request Sheet, Material in and out and Material Return Sheet.
• Continous Searching and introduction of the new supplier to the company in the market.
• Continous Updating the Price changes to the Project Estimation Department.
• Continous Learning in the materials and the Products.
• Sending the weekly and monthly reports to the higher authorities.
