My daily Job activities include the following !!
1. Conduct risk assessment and toolbox talks with collegues before commencement of any task.
2. Overseeing daily operation.
3. Enforcement of daily trucks equipment inspections and all required safety equipment.
4. Encouraging safe work practice among employees.
5. Creating and implementation of production goals.
6. Monitoring employees productivity and providing constuctive feedback and coaching .
7. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake diciplinary actions if the need arises.
8. Pass on informations from upper managiment to employees and vice versa.
9. Carry out RCA on repetitive equipment breackdowns.
10. Write report of jobs carried out.
