• Evaluating design drawings and calculations for plumbing components, piping, and mechanical systems to satisfy target requirements throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction. Mechanical and plumbing combined services internal & external MEP co-ordination shop drawings.

• Good selection knowledge of chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pump, AHU, VRF indoor & outdoor & Airside equipment’s. Good working knowledge of various building services design codes, guidelines, standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, BSRIA, SMACNA, CTI, ASME, AHRI, ISO, UBC, IBC, NFPA, LEED and other international design codes.

• Preparation of bill of quantities for HVAC & MEP services & tender drawings take off all material quantities, cost estimation, material technical specification - over 200+ Project.

• Attend site meetings with Client, Consultants, PMC and MEP sub contractor, suppliers for co-ordination and execution of projects.
