Troubleshooting of wrapping machines such as Clear pack, Poly pack
Assigned in maintenance of Rotary bottle machine/ Multi head volumetric Cup filling & sealing machine (linear) and Lenoir bulk fillers i.e. Delmax, BWI holematic, in pack, Trepko, BWI Dawson
Preventive maintenance of utility machines such as boilers, chiller pasteurizer, air compressor & water treatment plant
Repair and service of Powder mixer unit, Homogenizer, storage tank agitator, Rotary pump, and Centrifugal stage pumps, (APV and Alfa Laval) i.e. Piston plunger seal, mechanical seal and bearing replacements
Fixing of conveyor chain, gear box and shaft assembly i.e. dismantling, overhauling and repair jobs
Preventive maintenance of all packing machines i.e. Dismantling and assembly of filler unit, replacement of O ring, gasket, and seal
Periodic maintenance of axial blowers i.e. Servicing Strainer cleaning and inspection
Insulation of product pipe lines, hot water lines and chiller pipe lines
