Project : Admin building for MOI, Shahaniya jail block

For the execution of an individual block from foundation to till finishes as per client requirement
* Allocate work to other member of team in order to ensure delivery of design, quality, time and budget
* Prepare bar bending schedule duly approved from consultant
* Minimize the steel and concrete wastages
* Labour arrangement and management for entire project
* Prepare & monitoring the internal project schedules, resource requirements and man power calculation based on workmanship and their productivity
* Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundation, columns, beams, walls, slabs and other structural members
* Preparing and checking the sub contractors, sub agency and partly client bills
* Coordinating with consultant to taking approval of each and activity of site work
* Checking the quality of steel and grade of concrete as per structural requirement, diameter, shape & cement
* Materials test conducting daily & weekly basis
Post tensioning works for various multi-storied commercial and residential buildings(Slab Post tensioning)
* Supervision and execution of multi-strand post tensioning
* Direct supervisor of all activities related to laboratories and field test
* Attend every month quality control meeting and dicussed the quality of material
* Supervision and execution of RCC Projects.
* Full supervision of concreting activity and slump test take for every vehicle
* Carryout all inspection with main consultant and cilent and get the approval
*Inspection of activities with client / consultant
* Preparing and checking the sub contractors, sub agency bills.
* Labour arrangement and management for entire project
