• As a Management Trainee my career started on 10th May, 1988 with M/s thermax pune. My career journey started with chemical plant process division. I involved and engaged right from tender documentation stage to commissioning of chemical plant as site engineer. The products I handled was Incineration system and ETP solid, liquid and gas waste. The entire project except design and technology handled with third party contract approximately more than 50 vendors/suppliers, most of them are based in Pune( india) industrial belt.
• Promoted as Executive and joined in HR team on first of May, 1991 and started handling HRMS, Recruitment and Training, Social security, employee welfare, Safety, fire and security and legal.
• Joined with management team on first April, 1996 and started dealing with Employee Union and Employee productivity matters, innovation and improvement, legal compliance and people management.
Highlights of experience:
• Developed staff policies and procedures, Compensation and Performance pay, Safety and security matters of the company..
• Initiated for making awareness to all employees. Build Internal customer relationships to become integral part of any business development and bring the importance of employee activities to be aligned and focus on meeting customer expectations.
• Introduced change management and restructured the organization with a focus of sustained business growth pan
