Responsibilities
• Prepare Technical and Financial proposals for the
Projects
• Prepare man-month, work-programme and other
components of the proposal according to the client
formats and requirement.
• Answer and or Request Technical Queries to and
from the Client
• Study and analyses TOR, RFQ from the client and
respond accordingly
• Coordinate between the client, design team, sub
consultant and other stake holders of the project
• Ensure all technical requirements of the client are
corresponded accordingly by the design team
• Appointed to work as a Quality engineer on a huge site area of 7.2 acres with 500 flats in 16 blocks.
• Skilled in allotting work, explaining technical details to workers and completing works ahead of schedule.
• Maintained a client relationship while handling flats and working on completion works.
• Inspecting quality of materials and snag works.
• Supervising the implementation of construction works for projects
• Supervised all construction activities including planning, execution and monitoring of the projects.
