CONSOL (UAE-Exports, fze):
• Received container loading plan (CLP) mail from CFS.
• Check with CFS for container& seal #.
• Based on CLP mail prepares MBL instructions send to liner.
• Check local and t/s bl’s in CLP.
• Request mail send to customer for local BL instructions.
• Prepare BL instructions in package and get confirmation from customers.
• Compare ED copies & CLC mail from CFS.
• Prepare final MBL instructions to liner. Based on CLC gross wt/total Packages/CBM.
• Generate manifest, T/S BL’s and compare with ED copies.
• Sending pre alert documents to destination with attached MBL/HBL’s & manifest.
• Receive invoice from the liner and update in package.
• Follow up surrender message with liner and sent it to our destination agent for cargo clearance
process.
SRS Liner, Road/Rail Transportation (Domestic):
* In Liner Vertical handling the entire documentation parts such as booking updation, CRO to
Customer, SI request, prepare MBL, Invoice generation, and update container activity.
* Sending pre-alert docs to destination, handle their queries communicate with all our Overseas
Agents.
* Provide vessel details to destination intimate the arrival at their end and alert them and ensure
to close the jobs in our software on time.
* Enquiring the delivery status with destination agents.
* IGM filling with DO, Invoice collection and close shipments.
* Monitoring associates in the domestic road and rail transportation documentation and
customer service desks.
* Handling the queries escalated by the associates.
* Motivating them in the daily work to complete in the appropriate time limit.
* Verification of invoices to the clients and post it in the software.
* Interacting with customers and solve their queries.
* Preparing monthly and quarterly presentation for that month’s business for Operations
reviewing.
* Following of LRs updated in package and closure for MIS every week.
* Doing Quality Check every week before the MIS Closure.
* Updating CTO for rail, completion of Rail invoices, VTC generation

SAP R/3 provides end to end solutions for logistics
manufacturing, warehouse distribution etc.
Ms-Word, Excel used for manual vouchers, packing list, gate out containers,
stickers for break bulk packing.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparing Packing list for EXXONMOBIL & SABIC to Order loaded by the KEMYA Plant.
• Distribution of the Packing list to various SHIPPING LINES via - Email & Fax.
• Preparing Title Transfer Document (TTD) for both marketers SABIC & EXXON.
• Creating S.S.R.S for any issue raised by the SABIC & EXXONMOBIL
• Doing PGI (Post Goods Issue) based on the confirmation from the marker-(SABIC &
EXXONMOBIL)& Shipping line.
• Generating PGI report from ASAP
• Preparing Documentation filing for both the marketers- SABIC & EXXONMOBIL according to
shipping lines and its sectors.
• Preparing Certificate of Origin Form: Form ‘A’ & Form ‘B’
• Printing of COA (Certificate of Analysis) CQQ (Certificate of Quality and Quantity) EXXONMOBIL
based on Marketer Request

Sends booking requests to shipping lines
* Preparing shipping orders and shipping instructions as per customer request.
* Performs administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent
customer service.
* Preparing shipping documentation including packing lists, bill of lading, & shipping manifests as
per customer request.
* Maintains good customer relationships and answers any customer queries.
* Keeps organized shipping records, including statements of origin, shipping costs, products
shipped, and receipt dates.
* Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer issues that pop up regularly.
* Works well with shipping team to complete order on time.
* As per customer request maintaining original BL & release the same.
* Convincing customers to use our shipping lines for exports.
* Looking after day to day office activities and company activities
