Client of the commercial impact for any proposed changes. Managing and keeping track of variation,
claims and any change proposals. Giving advice to the project management team on contractual
implication of any proposed changes.

Responsible for the preparation of interim payment application. Verification of sub-contractor billing
for payment. Preparation of cash flow projection and cost reports. Involves in the procurement and of
materials in coordination with the planning engineer. Prepares cost value reconciliation on a monthly
basis.
