Develop Project Management standards, policies and processes needed to identify, define, combine, unify, standardize and coordinate activities within the Project Management Process
Conduct project feasibility studies and reviews to assess their alignment with strategic plan and provide the necessary recommendations to Head of Strategy and Organizational Excellence

Assist Client in reviewing all required changes in a project scope, schedule or costs and provide the necessary recommendations based on the appropriate verification techniques
Review the quality of project delivery and its effectiveness as per set the Policies and Processes Procedures
Oversee all technology operations and evaluate for the organization priorities. To play an instrumental role in the organization for devising and driving the IT & digital technology strategy, innovative solutions and change management and manage the projects to meet the organization needs.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the IT strategy in line with company goals and objectives, with an aim to support and enhance IT capability and infrastructure
• Provide strategic advice on future transformation projects/ technology that could impact the and drive business decisions accordingly
Functional Responsibilities
IT & Digital Projects
• Advise the management on the best IT solutions to optimize overall performance.
• Drive the change management for the IT / Digital Projects like ERP, CRM to achieve maximum ROI.
• Identify and forecast business needs; review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
• Gather information/data for required projects, and propose project execution plan to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
• Accomplish IT projects by proper planning, execution and controlling
• Lead and monitor the IT Project team to ensure project assignments are delivered in a timely manner
• Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
IT Operations
• Develop and manage annual budgets of the department, implementing and monitoring the cost control mechanism effectively
• Design and drive the digital transformation through the organization - coherent the vision and lead the drive for the required supporting architecture
• Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
• Be accountable for managing the strategic partners, vendors, service providers
• Maintain High availability of the IT assets and services across the organization
People Development
• Coach and guide teams to perform to their optimal potential, produce highest standards of output
• Engage in performance evaluation of direct team members and review the indirect span of control to ensure efficiency and consistency in assessing performance
• Promote ongoing training and development and up skill key talent to larger roles.

Manage the IT Department and facilitate the Oracle ERP implementation for the group.
Handles the ERP implementation from vendor evaluation, requirements gathering, solution design and validation and GO LIVE.

2. Successfully went Live with Oracle e-business suite ERP implementation within 9 months for 3 line of business and 7 entities under allocated budget
