Preparing HSE documents required for stage gate system like HSE Activity plan, Conceptual & FEED HSE Plan & ESIA Screening checklist etc.,
Provide guidance and support to Construction team, Contractors for safe execution of work.
Coordinating with Construction team, Asset HSE team and Contractors in resolving any safety issues.
Participate in HSE Studies (HAZID, HAZOP, PHSER etc., ) studies /reviews.
Monitoring and recording HSE Reporting targets (SVV -CAE & NCAE, SOC & Hazardous Condition etc., ) for all the team members to achieve KPM targets.
Participating & preparing reports for HSE Leadership visits & Security audits etc.,

Ensuring that incidents are reported, investigated in a timely manner and learning are shared with all the contractors.
Participating & Conducting emergency evacuation mock drill as per ERCU Schedule.
Monitoring HSE Action tracking system in myHSSE Live system.
Attending meetings with contractors and Asset HSE Team.
Reviewing & uploading Contractors monthly HSE performance reports in myHSSE live.
My responsibilities at EUPS include but are not limited to the following:
•Directs the resources and activities of the company to support the HSE programs by providing advice and guidance to the management.
•Assist operational managers by suggesting safe work practices as part of training.
•Conduct comprehensive on-site safety assessments as part of constant monitoring process.
•Document all safety violations or unsafe conditions/activities and ensuring corrective measures are immediately implemented.
•Assist in investigation of all incidents and ensure proper records are completed and submitted.
