Previous Experience with 3 Major Retail Companies in Dubai, UAE - LandMark, Alshaya, Azadea. Highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of Inventory Management, Inventory Demand Planning & Control, OTB, Store & Warehouse Operation, E-Commerce, Delivery management, Business Analytics / Strategies, MIS Reporting, Staff training and SOP Development.
• Day to day Operation of respective zones. Inventory Demand Planning & Forecasting accordingly managing the OTB at Group Level.
• Fulfilment of Orders for respective locations within agreed timeline for both pickup & shipment orders. Ensuring service levels are as per agreed levels. Managing deliveries and ensure cost optimization and within the budget adhered.
• Managing & Monitor PO against the stock deliveries. Inventory Planning & Replenishment Process, MIN MAX SYSTEM, ABC ANALYZE, GRN TURNAROUND TIME, STOCK HIT RATIO, INVENTORY AGING.
• Managing Optimum Inventory in each of the access points and warehouse within the zone. By carring out deployment planning within the team from the allocated central stock for that territory.
• Monitor & Control of Goods in Transit across all the stores and Centralized / Regional Distrubution Center on daily basis and take appropriate corrections. Clearing GIT as per time limit for the discrepacnies BOL's.
• Analyze and Collaborate with Cross Departmental Teams such as BUYING, FINANACE, VM’s AND OPERATION team to ensuring alignment and intergration thus resulting in common goals being achieved and to ensure closure of complaint in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate Inventory levels at Stores & Warehouse (RDC & CDC) through tracking of the movement of goods.
• Work with team to develop and improvement of Process for betterment of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Costing, Management Information, Procurement, Vendor Management and Fulfilments.
• Work with the technology team to develop tools and process improvements that affect procurement, inventory management and customer fulfillment.
• Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete / redundant inventory to maximize availability of working capital.
• Generate, Update, Validate the OTB’s, Inventory, Warehouse report, Audit Reports, Planning on Supply during EOSS. Prioritizing shipments and giving clearing priorities to ensure availability.
• Scheduling & Conducting stock take and perpetual inventory at both stores and DC for scheduled and unscheduled bins including analysis, investigations, and co-ordinations of all material write off and adjustment weekly to have accurate inventory for replenishment.
• Monitoring Damages and PQR’s ensuring clearance with Retail Operations and Buying.
• Update regular Inventory DASHBOARDS on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of system data ( Batch Matching, Daily statistics using, Daily shipment, barcoding, Pricing, Scanning efficiently, Ensure Inventory Physical & Physical data match and Maintain accurate Inventory levels at Stores & Warehouse(RDC & CDC) through tracking of the movement of goods.
• Guiding & motivating the team for better performance. Conducting appraisals and performance reviews. Oversee team deployment and drive motivation levels of direct staffs.
• Work on New Initiatives for SCM and implement the same in the time bound manager., Projects.
• Co-ordinate with cross functional details and drive SOP and drive periodic meeting on Inventory availability work with Inventory Planners to allocate stock based on the sales to various stock points.
• Continuously review warehouse, logistics, Inventory budget, space, and reviewing decisions on current assortments with the objective of giving a better solution of product to the customer's needs ensuring stock demands are met and make sense from a logistical point of view in conjunction with Store Managers
• Material Inbound / Outbound Operations (Stores / RDC & CDC). Managing & Monitor PO against the stock deliveries.
