:
i) Managing the stock as per the norms set by the company keeping in mind the optimum stock level (in difference season ) Through out the year
ii) Planning the flow of goods in and out of the store by ensuring the compliance of FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
iii) Planning for warehouse layout, space allocation of stocks brand packs quantity and fast moveable product

viii) Updating of Reports to the management Including stock report, reconciliation, stock valuation closing reports.
ix) Maintaining the records of breakages and short receipts and reporting the same to finance/accounts for timely action
x) Monitor Health & Safety compliances in accordance with company policy
xi) Supervision of all staff under direct and Indirect control (450-500)
xii) Keeping track of the inbound and outbound vehicles (90/95) and team of loaders, ensuring smooth functioning of distribution channel
xiii) Managed the fleet of vehicles loaders and salesmen & entire shipping department
xiv) Training and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices including new employee induction and toll box talks
