Credit Assessment Officer (Merchant Sales Support)
Providing merchant facilites by assessing the Letter of offer & supportive documents.
Perform credit checks on firms, internal individual credilibity checks as per application.
Assessing the type of business, functionality & also checking the pre-payment exposer forms.
Checking firm‘s registration & individual registration, assessing additional documents like franchisee agreement, Contract of sale, Trust deed, registration certificate, minutes of meeting, bank statement, Account authority form, direct debit form etc.
Perform website check on official sites of the firm to ensure the policies of website match with ANZ policies.
Credit assessment officer (Mortgages-Secondary Level Indexing)
Assessing the documents recieved from the brokers & solutions.
Routing the customers documents to the required departments recieved from the brokers & solutions.
Assigning and allocating the customer’s documents to the senior assessors for further checks.
Additional responsibilities
Took the initiative to look after the team in the absence of Production Lead & Team Lead. I was the back up for Production Lead.
Took the initiative to send the daily work-log reports to the counterpart teams in Australia.
Reports include ATOM (Accurate Timely Operations Management), SOP (State of Play), WIP (Work-in Progress, IQ (Internal Quality) report, TAT(Turn Around Time) reports, Weekly planning
Allotting and monitoring the work allotted to the team members.
Helped the entry-level staff members by guiding and teaching the procedures to be effective at process and at work.
Took the initiative to do internal Quality checks for the new joiners.
Responding to the quires from the frontline and the customers.
Handling escalations from the frontline for Merchants.
Sharing a good rapport with the counterpart team in Australia.
Target to achieve more than 100% productivity on daily and monthly basis.
Initiated in getting cross skilled on different process like Indexing, Data Entry & Commercial cards.
Providing high level of customer service by completing work in an accurate and timely manner.
Motivating staff to do Overtime and work on Weekends during peak volumes.
