• Preparing Recruitment Interview Status, Job offer, Candidate Tracer, Ticket Planning, Duty Joining Form, Candidate Arrival Details and Deployment form for new employees.
• Preparing Purchase order for Air ticket, Agency Fee, Chamber, and Mofa (Saudi Arabia).
• Coordinated with employees and processing their vacation and Final Exit.
• Checking Recruitment Visa whether stamped or not on Daily Basis.
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
• Attend job fairs and careers events to collect the new resume.
• Handling employees insurance Card (White & Blue Collar).
• Maintaining the documents like Contract agreements, MPR’s, Purchase Orders, Quotations & Costing documents.
• Preparing Sales Quotation as per RFQ & it’s costing by using both SAP & Cost Plus.
• Attaching the Signed Contract Agreements, Purchase Orders, Accepted Quotations and all other documents to concern Business Partners in SAP.
• Responsible for maintaining client & employee database in SAP ERP.
• Responding to Complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
• Ensuring all documents are as up to date within electronic filing systems.
• Ensure Documents Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving).
• Company Documents Control and Management - Maintenance and safe keeping of the documents which are required for vendor management. This also includes keeping track of each document’s validity and reminds those in charge for renewal of said documents.
