As a Branch Manager
Responsible for maintaining service excellence culture within the bank. Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and ensuring Bank’s policies, procedures and compliance requirements are complied with service quality norms.
Handling CASA, FD, Jewel loan, Demat, Agri loans, Assets, Fee, Customer service, Cash retention, lockers, Internal audit, Cross selling of banks third party products (life insurance, General insurance, mutual fund, gold coin sales and etc., )
Efficiently managing a team of bank officers. Attending all the trainings organized by HR also maintaining territory database and the customers.
Observing, analyzing & suggesting correct solutions to customers which will be beneficial both for the customer & the bank.
Involved in developing and maintaining relationship with the existing privilege customers of the bank. Monitoring the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures.
